Al Gore should be summarily killed *

Please note that I don't hate Al Gore, I just think he should go on The List for saying, "The climate crisis is not a political issue, it is a moral and spiritual challenge to all of humanity." Apparently all the measure he's keen on will spring spontaneously into being throughout the world. Or maybe he's just an awesome libertarian who thinks his movie and book will be enough.

* (note to CIA, I don't actually think this)

I suppose it is a stupid comment because it big changes do involved politics.

But then at the heart of the matter he is perhaps saying that we shouldnt let politics get in the way of solving important moral issues.
But then, there are many important moral issues that are not well addressed.

that's what my libertarian comment was about. Libertarians believe that there are many problems that should not be solved through politics.

I would be very impressed it this were true, but judging by some of his comments in his movie I very, very much doubt it is; he wants governments to clamp down hard.
